Welcome to DirtMeet. By downloading, installing, or using the DirtMeet mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

DirtMeet is a platform for connecting dirt bike riders to organize group rides, share trail information, and communicate with fellow riders. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or harmful content
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Impersonate another person or entity
Use the App for any illegal activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Spam, solicit, or post commercial content without permission
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (messages, photos, ride descriptions). By posting content, you grant DirtMeet a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service. You can remove your content at any time by deleting it or deleting your account.

5. Ride Safety

DirtMeet is a platform for organizing rides — we do not operate, supervise, or control any rides. You acknowledge that:

Dirt biking is an inherently dangerous activity
You participate in rides at your own risk
You are responsible for wearing appropriate safety gear
You must comply with all local laws and trail regulations
DirtMeet is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages during rides

6. Purchases

DirtMeet offers in-app purchases including the DirtMeet app unlock and ride promotions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests should be directed to the platform where the purchase was made.

7. Reporting & Moderation

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through the App. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" option in the App. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirtMeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
