DirtMeet is a platform that allows users to post, discover, and coordinate group dirt bike rides. DirtMeet does not organize, lead, or supervise any rides. By using DirtMeet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DirtMeet. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Off-road dirt biking is an inherently dangerous activity, and you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Use accurate information in your profile. Do not create accounts for others or share your login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (ride details, messages, photos, ratings). By posting content, you grant DirtMeet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the service. You are responsible for the content you post and must not post anything that infringes on others' rights.

5. Rides and Safety

DirtMeet is a coordination tool, not a ride operator. We do not organize, lead, supervise, or endorse any rides posted on the platform. Ride organizers and participants are solely responsible for their own safety, equipment, insurance, and compliance with local laws and trail regulations.

By using DirtMeet to create or join rides, you acknowledge that:

6. DirtMeet+ Subscription

DirtMeet+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription that provides additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

7. Block and Report

You can block users and report rides, messages, or profiles that violate these terms. We review reports and take action at our discretion, which may include content removal or account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

The DirtMeet name, logo, and app design are the property of DirtMeet. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission. Riding area data is sourced from public land management agencies and community contributions.

9. Disclaimers

DirtMeet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of ride details, trail information, user profiles, or riding area data. We are not responsible for the actions or behavior of other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirtMeet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

11. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data including your profile, rides, messages, and ratings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DirtMeet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
